At Headstone SEO, we focus on two outcomes: measurable ranking improvements in the short term, and long-term return on investment through trackable leads and real enquiries.

1. Ranking Improvement Guarantee (90 Days)

  • We guarantee visible ranking improvements for agreed target keywords within the first 90 days of your campaign.
  • If no improvement is shown by Day 90, you will not be charged for Month 4 of your SEO campaign.
We define “visible ranking improvement” as:
  • An increase in rankings of 5+ positions for tracked keywords,
  • New visibility (Top 50) for keywords not previously ranked, or
  • A measurable increase in organic impressions or traffic (via Google Search Console).
Eligibility:
  • You must be on a £1,500+VAT/month plan with a minimum 3-month commitment.
  • You must allow implementation of all agreed technical and on-page SEO work.

2. ROI Expectation (12 Months)

While SEO is not an overnight strategy, we aim to deliver serious return on investment over the long term.

  • Based on previous client results, we project a 500%+ ROI within 12 months of continuous SEO work.
  • This is calculated using estimated average transaction value (£2,000) and standard conversion rates (approx. 50% from tracked leads).
  • We track phone calls, emails, and form submissions to provide lead attribution reports.
Important Notes:
  • The ROI projection is not a financial guarantee but a performance benchmark based on historical client outcomes.
  • Results may vary depending on location, competition, and your site’s current condition.

At Headstone SEO, we believe in accountability and measurable results. That’s why we offer the following lead-based guarantee on our premium SEO packages:

The Guarantee:

You’ll receive at least 20 qualified leads within the first 120 days — or we’ll continue working at no cost until you do.

What Counts as a Qualified Lead:

A “lead” is defined as one of the following actions taken by a visitor to your website:

  • A form submission via your website

  • A click-to-call interaction (logged via Google Analytics or WhatConverts)

  • An email click that opens the visitor’s default mail client

These actions must be trackable using our installed analytics systems (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and/or WhatConverts).

What’s Required:

To activate and maintain the guarantee, you must:

  • Be on one of our eligible plans (£2,500/month or above)

  • Maintain an active WhatConverts account for call tracking (we can assist with setup) – $30 per month

  • Not interfere with tracking systems, website access, or campaign delivery

  • Allow us to run Facebook Ads (paid by us) as part of your strategy

What Happens If You Don’t Reach 20 Leads?

If you have not received 20 qualified leads within 120 days:

  • We will continue working at no additional cost until the lead target is met.

  • Once the threshold is reached, your standard billing will resume as per your original package.
